I'm still looking for the perfect Saison base for herbal saisons. This one is loosely based on Zon Saison https://www.homebrewersassociation.org/homebrew-recipe/zon-saison/
Mash wheat at 135-140° F for 30-45 min then add the remaining malt for a two step mash with the first one at 142° F for 30 minutes and 156° F for 30 minutes

I hit my expected gravity but between the BIAB and the Creeping Charlie this recipe soaks up a lot of liquid, so I ended up with a half gallon less in the kettle than expected.
