I quite liked the results of my brew of the 2019 champion saison and wanted to see how it would fair with creeping charlie. Started with 7 gallons of water then had to top up w one gallon of de-chlorinated water post-boil due to extra absorption from the charlie. Split off one gallon to ferment with Wyeast Lambic.
